Dave Wilson, Instructor and Director Since
1990 Dave has been instructing youth in the outdoors–backpacking, rock
climbing, camping, teaching nature awareness and the natural sciences. His connection
to nature and passion for teaching and mentoring have been greatly enhanced
through his experiences as student and volunteer instructor at Tom Brown’s Tracking, Nature, and
Wilderness Survival School and through Jon Young’s Wilderness Awareness
School’s (WAS) Art of Mentoring programs. He is a member of the Association for Environmental and Outdoor
Education, the Association for Experiential
Education and is certified in Wilderness First Aid. |

Jennifer Rennick, Instructor Gabriel Wilson, Naturalist Intern Jennifer
is our business manager and Gabriel, now 3, is our naturalist mentoree. She
and Gabriel attend programs together and assist teaching. She is a student of
Tom Brown’s Tracking School having completed numerous Philosophy courses and
has attended a number of trainings given by Jon Young. Jennifer is a licensed
green
architect and energy consultant specializing in Straw-Bale Construction
and healthy interior design. |
