Many different experiences have helped to shape the passions that drive me. Growing up in California and going to great public schools first exposed me to Environmental Education. After graduating high school I worked for the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, at the Dolphin Habitat and Secret Garden. Public Education filled my days until I developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Summer Camp ministry opened its doors after my conviction to be faithful to God closed the doors at the Mirage. I’ve spent two years in the Marshall Islands as a Student Missionary teaching in church schools and two years as a Youth Pastor working Task Force here in the states. little there a little until finding the Outdoor Education Department at Southern Adventist University. I completed my Bachelors degree in Outdoor Education with a Counseling emphasis in 2006. My Internship was completed in Montrose Colorado at Alternative Youth Adventures, a residential treatment facility that took adjudicated youth on a 60 day long back packing trip. The programs focus was on behavior modification through character education. Summer of 2006 I got married to a wonderful woman who supports my passion for Outdoor Ministries and life. Master’s Degree in Outdoor Teaching at Southern Adventist University, as a student and a Graduate Assistant. I graduated May of 2008 and have since then been doing outdoor programming in and out of the United States.
